Tokens dissapeared

i tried several times to create the video animation using input image, setteled the settings and everything went wrong. an error occurred every time i tried to get the result. BUT AT THE SAME TIME tokens are being used while nothing happend. so i am now left with no tokens and no results. what's the problem? could you help me?! í'm upsed

at the start of using the firefly tool i had 4000/4000 tokens and now i have only 1500 left and no results done!

Hello, this seems very frustrating indeed!

 

Unfortunetly I do not know why this keeps happening to you, but I hav eexperienced similar cases. Each time I get an error message, I go to my Firefly files to check and see if it's there. This has spared me some credits in the past. 

 

You can find your files generated by Firefly here: https://firefly.adobe.com/files Make sure you are in the generation history on the left side (it should lead you there automatically).

 

Can you check and see if you find your generations there? Also I cannot see if you are using any browser extentions, or VPN, both are known to cause issues within the Firefly app. You could try using a private window and see if that helps.
