Topaz upscale video in FIrefly Broad is broken. I tried it twice, but didn't create a video. The black frame showed up with the pulsating dot, but then both preview and dot went away. It took my credits, but gave me no video.

I’ve tried incognito and looked in my Creative Cloud, but no luck. I never get a rendered video, it just eats credits. I have no change to download it, because it never appears.

Have you tried with other videos, or just this one file? I'm wondering if there is something about this particular video that is preventing it from working.

Let us know if you've tried with multiple files.

I have noticed something similar. As a result, I have had a look in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

>>Press generate: ONLY ONCE<<. If the generation is taking forever or not generating, check your CC App.

Inaddition
This behaviour has been caused by interference from browser extensions in the past (such as ad blockers). Can you try in private browsing/incognito mode or in another browser as a test?

How to reliably download your files
In your Adobe Creative Cloud you can find your files there and download them. Here s a short video showing the steps
