tried to generate 5 secs of video with Ray2 it came up with an error and didn't produce any video, but still took my credits!.

I'm sorry about the trouble. Could you share a screenshot of the error? Please note credits are deducted when you hit Generate, but if the generation fails, they are automatically returned to your balance. You can check your account and verify.
