у меня пробный план, но почему то он не работает

я купила пробную подписку, но когда хочу сгенерировать изображение, мне говоярт что я должно купить новую. Я не понимаю почему, если я уже купила по факту.

There are quite a few plans which have different credit entitlements and different levels of access. In order to answer your question, please reply with the following information:

• What function were you using to generate (e.g. text to image, image to video, etc.) and what model had you selected? If video, what length and resolution did you select?

• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
