unable to download any of the images generated in adobe firefly

I have a firefly account and I used to be able to download images but nothing happens when I click the download button. Sometimes I get "preparing credentials" and then nothing. I haven't exceeded my number of free images.

    Try opening an incognito tab and dowload it there. Please also check whether the problem occurs on other devices.
