Unable to generate videos using Adobe Firefly

Question

I am currently unable to generate videos using Adobe Firefly.

After submitting a prompt, the video generation does not start .
The process either remains stuck in a loading state or ends without producing any output.

This issue occurs consistently and prevents video generation entirely.
