Unable to Purchase Monthly Adobe Firefly Subscription. Payment Error
Hello Adobe Support Team,
I am unable to complete the purchase of a monthly Adobe Firefly subscription due to a payment error.
I have attempted to pay using four different bank cards issued by different banks. All payment attempts were declined. I have contacted my bank, and they have confirmed that there are no restrictions, blocks, or issues on their side. The cards are active and allowed for online and international payments.
The issue appears to be occurring on the Adobe side, as none of the payment methods are accepted.
Please investigate this issue and advise on how it can be resolved. I need to activate the monthly Firefly subscription as part of my current workflow.
