Unable to to Audio translate

hi everyone,

I uploaded a short video to translte from english to french in Adobe firelfly, and it is a single speaker video, about 35 seconds lon .MP4 video file. But I keep recieving the error message that "the content doesnt meet our user guideline". How do deal with this? My subscription for the service is running.
