Unable to use Adobe AI features due to regional issue

Hello Adobe Support team,
I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe AI features (Generative AI / Firefly).
For the last week I have not been able to use AI tools — the system shows a message that premium features or credit information cannot be loaded, and it looks like AI is unavailable in my region.
I live in Ukraine, and as far as I know, AI features should be available here and were working before.
The problem started only about a week ago.
Because of this issue, I missed several days of free AI generations, which I normally use for my work. This directly affected my workflow.
I have already tried:
refreshing the page
logging out and back in
checking my account and subscription
but the problem persists.
Please clarify:
Is there currently any regional restriction or technical issue affecting Ukraine?
Can this problem be fixed on your side?
Is it possible to restore or compensate the missed free AI generations caused by this issue?

I rely on Adobe AI tools for my daily work and hope this can be resolved soon.
