Unable to use Generative AI credits

Version: 26,12,2025
PC - Windows 10

Generate - Edit - Upload image - Generate.

It then prompts me to buy credits even though I have 100 credits.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you share the plan you have subscribed to? Certain plans do not have access to editing capabilities. If you are on a teams or an enterprise plan, please ask your administrator to enable the option under the administration console.
