Hello,

On 17 December 2025, I posted a question here in the Firefly community about the ‘commercially safe’ use of images generated in Adobe Firefly, and on 5 January 2026, I added images to the post.
I never received a reply; instead, my post appears to have been deleted by administrators. 
Of course, I still have the notifications from ‘noreply@mail.community.adobe.com’. 

My questions: 
1. Why was the post deleted? 
The subject was: “Fi” or “Cr” symbol in preview 

2. Is there another way to contact Adobe employees directly?

    Adobe moved the community forums to a new platform on Tuesday. This platform only has messages from the last platform through mid-November. The messages from mid-November to Tuesday will be copied over but will not appear immediately.
