"A few days ago, I purchased the AI to create 8-second videos. The first three were free, and I was able to create one paid 8-second video. However, despite trying at different times over the past few days, I haven’t been able to create any more videos. I’m very frustrated—this doesn’t seem like the service I paid for."

The problem “word,” in the prompt is probably: “Young Girl”.

You could use young woman.

Keep this mind, please.
Adobe and many other models will not prompt anything with regards to children: words like boy, girl, child, kid and so on.

When you say you cannot create them, are you getting an error? an you please reply with the following information:
• What video model, length and resolution did you select?
• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
• The full prompt you were using.
• A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.
