NOT WORKING!

Thank you for your message. 

 

Are you using a mobile phone or a web browser? If a phone, click on "General" and then "Model":

Is the Firefly model checked? If not, it is not selected. You can then click on "Partner models" to see what is selected. Clicking on "Firefly Video" will select that model.

 

On the web site, you can look to the left of the Generate button and see how many credits it says are being consumed. During this promotion, if it is greater than zero, than you have a partner model selected:

Look to the upper left to see what model is selected.

Note, Firefly Video is not necessarily selected by default. You need to verify the model before generating.

Please share a screenshot of the complete window, including the error.
