I've creative cloud but I'm not able to get unlimited firefly generations as advertised in your emails, etc.. Asks me to buy more credits.

    Yes, it is all models for image generation, but only the Firefly model for video generation.

    I purchased by paying 499/month. After generating 2 videos it shows my credit is finished. Then why we paid? Is it scam?? For payment we need unlimited access. Otherwise we can use other apps?

    Thank you for your message. 

     

    Which plan did you purchase? Some plans do not include premium Firefly features but give you two complimentary generations. 

     

    You can show us your plans and credits by 
    • Clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

    • Going to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).

    Hey @SusanItaly 

    Not sure if you are using the mobile or desktop. 

    Could you try the web version of Adobe Firefly on the desktop?

    1) Could you try logging out and back into your device?

    2) Could you please provide a screenshot of the msg you are receiving?

    Looks like the issue was that I was using the other models, the offer’s
    wording is pretty unclear, it makes it sound like it applies to all of
    them. Anyway, it’s working fine now when I stick to the Firefly model only.

    I would like to know whether my current Adobe Firefly subscription plan includes unlimited image generation, or if there are any specific limits on the number of generations per month. Could you please clarify this for me?

From October 28, 2025 to December 1, 2025 all new and existing subscribers of select plans including Creative Cloud Pro, Firefly Standard, Pro, and Premium, and credit add-on subscriptions (2000 Credits, 7000 Credits, and 50000 Credits) will receive unlimited generations on all AI image models and the Firefly Video model in the Firefly web and mobile app and Firefly Boards. Here is the link to the FAQ.

    So I have Creative Cloud Pro with 4,000 Credits. Why is it not including that subscrtion tier.

    I just checked my generative credits and they are indeed being used.  What is the policy?

    Thanks for reaching out. You are right that the website states that from October 28, 2025 to December 1, 2025 states that users with eligible subscriptions—including Creative Cloud Pro, Firefly Standard, Pro, Premium, and credit add-on subscriptions (2000, 7000, and 50000 credits)—should receive unlimited generations on all AI image models and the Firefly Video model in the Firefly web and mobile app and Firefly Boards
    However, even during this unlimited promotion, your account's generative credits may still show usage, because Premium features (such as partner models, video generation, high-resolution upscaling, and certain complex AI tasks) still use credits and may be tracked against your balance. Unlimited usage often applies only to standard image and video features, not premium/third-party features.

    You can see the number of credits consumend before the generation at the bottom right of the page just besided the generate button.

    This is false advertising. Your announcement says that all image models are unlimited, yet when using Nano, Banana, and Flux in Photoshop, the credits keep decreasing. I have Creative Cloud Pro. @Kartika Rawat @SamarthS
