Unwanted Imagery

Hi, I just renewed my Firefly subscription and the first time I opened it it had some settings in there for a sample image with a rabbit.  The rabbit info somehow carried over:

Can I contact Adobe Support to get a refund for the wasted credits?  Thanks!

As an aside, what a bizarre image!  lol!
