upgrade issue for kosovo country and reseller link displayed also not working

hello i was really impressed by adobe firefly and wanted to use for some generated images for an app im trying to make but sadly i cant use upgraded version since im from Kosovo and also the reseller link is not working how can you help me on this issue.
