upload image doesn't suite standards

I uploaded an image i created it is not offensive and is a surreal style. It says its against standards. I think this is un serious and I want to quit paying for a service that doesnt deliver quality and constantly has gliches. there are cheaper alternatives out there until you fix your issues, that work better.

    Sorry for the frustration. I tried altering the face or removing the face mask from the image, and it’s working well in the video feature. You can also use Generative fill to edit the image here: https://firefly.adobe.com/upload/inpaint.
