Upload Reference Image not working

The image upload button in Adobe Firefly is not working. When I click the button to add an image, nothing happens and the image upload panel does not open. I have tried refreshing the page and using different browsers, but the issue still occurs. This prevents me from adding images to Firefly.

this error seems to have cleared after clearing cache. But it shouldn’t be this way???

@Mako35 I agree we shouldn’t have to clear our cache to be able to use a the software. Glad that you were able to find a workaround to the issue.

Can you please tell us whether this is image creation or video creation or another function? If you could take a screen shot of where it is not working and show us, that would be helpful.

I can attest to this as well. As lot of the options are not responding even now.
