Upscale with Topaz takes long time in Boards

Lately in Firefly photo uspcale to 4k with Topaz works very poorly. Is it just for me?

I have been having problems with firefly and topaz since this morning. Images are not produced, but credits are taken from my account. I do not accept this. Return all my credits used today.
