Upscaler not working

Hello,

I have been trying to upscale a video on Firefly Boards and every time I try, it takes my credits but doesn't upscale it. I think it's glitching so can someone help me?

I've had the same issue. I'm not even sure if I'm doing it properly as there really isn't a clear cut method. I'm supposed to resize the video to fill the 4k box and then what? Nothing happens but my credits are gone. I don't get it.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you seeing any specific error? At the moment, image and video upscaling may take longer than expected.

No, it just keeps loading and I will wait a while and nothing will happen, except I see this blinking dot in the upper right corner. The video is only 1 minute and 20 seconds give or take so I'm not sure if I need to wait longer or what. Please advise.
