A few suggestions
1) having a reference composition image would definitely help.

2) check Adobe Stock to see if these images exsist. Firefly uses Adobe Stock images as a references to create images. So, if there are no images or only a few images then you may not get the results you want.

Creating the Image
1) break the steps down for Firefly. Simple basic prompt(s) for me work well. Get a basic image that you want to work with first.
a) have the image on an isolated white background
b) use that image as a composition reference image

2) once you have the fundamental image then start adding backgrounds
a) if you have backgrounds that you have the rights to, you can use those background(s) as a style reference. While still having the composition style image. The first image you created.
b) adjust the sliders of the style reference as you see fit.

3) take your images into PS and clean up the images as you see fit.

The design brief should be in the middle and read as follows: Design a solution to enhance the patient journey, catering to personlised care and support for each patient

Initial thoughts: Patients have diverse needs. Privacy limitations. Too many different patients. Healthcare is very regulated.

Assumptions: Patients will always want more, where do we draw the line. Different stakeholder buy in can be difficult.

Experience: Person-central care, should cater to this. We have Patients who always return, this surely shows we are doing something right.

Questions: Timeline? Is there enough resources and budget? What kind of support?Are we designing for a specific age group with specific needs? Will we focus on admitted patients or casualties?
