मछुआरे ने गधे की बात मान ली और दोनों निकल पड़े नदी की ओर।

तोता चिल्लाता रहा,
“मत जाओ! खतरा है!”

लेकिन मछुआरे और गधे ने ध्यान नहीं दिया।
