used 800 credits to create incorrect video requested. need credits back immediately

Jade, I’m sorry to have to tell you that Adobe does not refund Generative Credits.  It would open the floodgates and create utter chaos.  It’s best to use lower resolution like 720P or 540P while learning, or testing a prompt.  I personally create at 720P and upscale with Topaz Video.  You can also ask advice here and/or watch all the YouTube tutorials.
