First you would have to get the hex codes of the colours. You can use Photoshop for this job.
Use the eyedropper to find the hex code for each colour that you would like to use.
I selected a few colours to give you and example of how to set up the colour palatte.

There are a lot of colours in the image. Choose a few of your primary colours.
