UUID errors in Firefly Boards

What you're seeing is an error our system logged when something went wrong during the image placement process. The UUIDs you shared are error tracking codes that allow our product team to look into exactly what happened on the backend, so thanks for sharing them.
 

In the meantime, here are a few things worth trying:

• Hard refresh the page: hold Shift and click reload
• Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge)
• Log out of your Adobe account, then log back in and try again
• Try generating a new image and placing that one instead

As for your question about the paid plan, that's a completely fair concern, and I don't want to brush past it. I'm going to escalate your case internally with your UUIDs so our team can look into whether this is a broader issue affecting free trial users specifically.

I am currently using the free trial version, and I frequently encounter this issue when placing AI-generated images onto the canvas. I am concerned that the same problem may continue after I subscribe to a paid plan. Could you please let me know if this is a known issue and whether there is a recommended solution? Thank you.
