Veo3 Video not generated, credits taken

Respected, around 20 minutes before writing this, I had 2800 Generative Credits available via Adobe Firefly. I was generating Veo3 video with 2 reference images; first and final frame. The video was not generated, there was a certain issue. I remember it stating “Sorry, there was an issue, we can’t generate your video now, Try again later”. Yet, 300 credits were taken from me. I tried generating another video via Kling after that for 125 credits and it worked. I am at 2375 now, but my 300 credits that were taken for the issue should be resolved.

    This happened to me twice, the first time no credits were discounted but the second time they were. How do you even contact support?

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
     

    Credits are deducted as soon as you click Generate, but if the generation fails with an error, those credits should automatically return to your balance.

     

    Since credits were not returned, I suggest you double‑check successful generations by going to Your Stuff > Generation History, which keeps a record of all completed generations.

     

    If you’re certain that credits were not restored after a failed generation, please share the exact date and time of that operation.
     

    Once you provide those details, we’ll take it from there and investigate further.
