Versioning Issue

I worked on an Adobe Firefly board for about 1hr. After the first 10 mins I shared the board with 2 team members. For the remaining time, i didnt see their icons show up since they hadn't viewed it yet. After about 1hr of working I got an error that said Firefly needed to reload. I reloaded, and noticed a team member was in the boards. But the boards had reverted back to where they were an hour ago and i lost all of my progress.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you please confirm whether your team members interfered in any way with your progress? To check this, review the Generation History from your board (located in the top‑right bar). If your board is still saving generations while your progress is missing, it’s most likely that a teammate was responsible for the loss of your work.
    Note: this will only work if you’ve already generated content in within the Board

    If nothing appears in your Generation History within the board, try the following steps:

    1. Log out and back in, then re‑open the file

    2. Go to Adobe files and locate the board directly to open it again

    Additional tips that sometimes help:

    • Clear your browser cache or try opening Firefly in another browser/device

    • Double‑check your internet connection, as sync interruptions can cause boards to appear empty

    If none of these steps work, I recommend reaching out to Adobe Support so they can investigate further on the backend.
