Very Disappointed

Unfortunately, I'm unable to get have a simple image animated and come to life.

I highly suggest/recommend that you provide a similar service like alivemovement.com 

Seems like this would be a no-brainer. I've used Adoobe products since early 2000s and I think you guys are way behind the curve in AI integration and execution although you owned the creative community for years.
