Video generation bugged out and credits got still deducted. prompts were very simple and straight forward. how can i get my credits back?

As I understand it, credits are returned when there are no results or there is an error message, but they are not returned immediately. Maybe someone else can verify. Keep track of your credits as they now stand and check back later to see if they’ve been returned.
