Video generation credits failing

Thank you for your message. 

It depends on what plans you are on and what credits you get on that plan. If you have more than one plan with Gen AI credits, you might not get both on the same day.

We can tell you more if you reply with the following information:
• Please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
