Video Generation Failure – 1250 Credits Deducted, No Output Received
I am writing to report a critical issue regarding a video generation attempt that failed to provide the final output while simultaneously consuming my account credits.
The generation process ended prematurely with an error, or the resulting file was never delivered. Crucially, I did not receive the video.
Despite the clear failure of the service, 1250 credits were immediately deducted from my account balance.
