Video generation problem.

Why can I not see all of the video generation models on Adobe Firefly like before? There are only a few of them now and also this has also happened before it usually fixes itself and shows the rest of them and what I have paid for, but now it seems to be stuck like this and I don't know what to do.

    First, try these troubleshooting steps:

    • Sign out and back in: Completely log out of your Adobe account and log back in to force a refresh of your subscription sync.

    • Test in Incognito/Private mode: Open Firefly in a private browser window. If the missing models appear there, simply clearing your normal browser's cache and cookies should fix the glitch.
       

    To help us look into the root cause, could you also share:

    • Which browser and OS are you currently using?
    • ​​​​​​​Are you on an Individual, Teams, or Enterprise account?
    • ​​​​​​​Which specific video models are disappearing from your view?
