Question

I just used 900 credits for a video that is not usable at all - it is literally terrible and I'm afraid to try to regenerate for a 3rd time and keep getting the same outcome while being charged for a ton of credits I'll never get back. I first tried it with my own prompt, then I tried it with Adobe's prompt. Both outcomes were unusable. So, I am writing to ask if anyone knows how I can get these credits back from Adobe.

Could you share a bit more on what you are looking for in terms of desired outcome?
- provide an example of your prompt and images/ keyframes
- Some prompts may be a bit too detailed and you may not get the desired outcomes, which results in you losing your credits.

- too many characters can lead to confussion and undesireable results
