      Thanks ferhatdaldal for sharing the screenshot.

      Looking at both your prompt and reference image, I can see they are not compliant with Adobe’s AI user guidelines since the word “baby” is used and a minor appears in the first keyframe. Firefly won’t generate a video until the prompt and image are adjusted.

      Regarding your credits, they are deducted once you click Generate, but if the generation fails with an error like this, the credits are automatically returned to your balance. Please double-check in your account to confirm.
