Video upscaling is not working properly

I would like to report an issue with Firefly’s video upscaling feature. The feature is a great idea, but in my experience, it has not been working reliably. Sometimes it returns an error message, while other times it produces a result of a still image.

I would appreciate it if your team could investigate this issue and work toward making the feature more reliable. Since video upscaling is an important tool for professional workflows, having it work consistently would make a significant difference.
