Dear Firefly Support Team,

I am encountering a recurring issue with the Video Generation feature. The rendering process starts but fails immediately, and I consistently receive the message: “Something went wrong – please try again later.”

This happens across different prompts, reference images, browsers and devices. My account is active, and all other Firefly functions work normally. Only the video generation keeps failing.

Could you please check whether there is an account-related or system-side issue affecting video generation for me?

Same issue here.  Reference image is a small jpg and none of the models work. Get either the "“Something went wrong – please try again later" message or a "cant load" message.

Sorry about the issue. Which video model are you using to generate the videos? Could you share prompts with us? Also, share the reference image if you're using it.
