I signed up for a free trial

Without my clear consent, I was moved onto a paid monthly plan.

When I tried to cancel, I was asked to pay a cancellation fee of over £100.

This fee prevented me from cancelling, meaning the monthly charges continued without my agreement.

I believe this practice is unfair and may violate consumer protection regulations.
