Watermark on Premium Images & AI Credits Showing 0/250

Question

Hello Team,	Watermark on premium images – Even though it shows “You have full permission”, every premium image I use for social media creatives still carries a watermark.			AI credits not reflecting correctly – My account shows 0/250 left even though I haven’t used AI features much. Whenever I try AI tools (image generation, insert, etc.), it says I have no credits remaining.	I’ve already checked my subscription and account login, but the problem persists. Could you please help resolve this and re-sync my subscription/credit balance?Thank you, Sarbjeet

Hi ​@sarbjeet_khosa, thanks for the detail - and for already checking your subscription and login before posting.Both of these come down to what your account is actually entitled to and whether that's syncing correctly - the watermark on premium images and the 0/250 credit balance are things our support team needs to look at on your account directly, since they can see your entitlements and re-sync them in a way I can't from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpenThey'll be able to sort out both the premium-image permission and the credit balance for you.Rose
