Question

What is the intended use of Firefly, how should we frame our testing?

I am trying to test Firefly, but given that it is missing so many common editing features and instead the product leans heavily into AI generation, I'm thinking maybe this isn't trying to be a web replacement for Premiere Pro or iMovie or Elevate or other NLEs.

What is the product team's thoughts on this? From what perspective should we test Firefly?

Hey @wesplate

What types of features are you looking for in Firefly?
Firefly app on it's own is essentially is an image generator.
Saying that the other apps: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Adode Exprss and many other Apps have Firefly built into them. Firefly is there to help the creative process.
Adobe Express has quite a few features that enable you to add text, quick animations, add additional icons, and much much more.

Cheers

Nate

I, O, JKL, audio meters, waveforms on connected clips, zoom timeline to fit, preview source media to mark ins and outs, volume automation/keyframes. I'm looking for a browser-based Final Cut Pro.

I also had the context of the recent Premiere for iPhone release, and thought this was the web versions of that.
