when generating on Mac book pro on safari, the video never ever ends up being created but still uses up my credits

I’ll help you, but I need some info regarding your issue.
 

1. Did you try using a different browser?
2. Check the Creative Cloud app; sometimes your creation goes to your library only.
3. Sent us a screenshot of the error you are receiving. 

Also, if your generation isn’t on your CC app, don’t worry, your credits will return. We only charge for successful generations.
