Question

When the output render is a total. mess, can it be rejected and credits reclaimed?

Not a bug. Firefly produces great results, worth the credits and then randomly chucks an abomination out that I should be able to reject and reclaim credits for… if it’s particularly bad.

    Hi KlintKong

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this.

I know how frustrating it feels when you spend credits and the results don’t come out the way you hoped. It definitely happens from time to time, even when you’ve been getting great outputs otherwise.

To answer your question: at the moment, credits can’t be refunded or reclaimed after a generation. Each render uses computing power behind the scenes, so the credit is spent as soon as the image is created, even if the result isn’t quite on target.

That said, you absolutely deserve consistently good results, and there are ways to help steer the model more reliably. If you want to dig deeper into features, tools, and techniques, this set of tutorials is a great place to start:

If you ever get a result that feels wildly off, feel free to share it in the community. We’re always happy to help troubleshoot what might have gone sideways or suggest tweaks that can get you closer to what you want.

    Hope this helps.
