When uploading a caricature of a person, it is throwing error "We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again." I created a caricature of a person using AI and now trying to animate it. But it is giving error and not generating anything.

Could you provide an example of your prompt(s) and the image?

Common problems
- blurry or busy backgrounds / images

- dark or unclear subject

@Monika Gause mentioned if it has children in the image (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

- has words associated with children example: kid, kids, child, children and so on...
Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
