Where's My Firefly?! (access?

PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. I know ya'll are so busy. But I requested Firefly access at the beginning of April and n o t h i n g. 🤷‍♀️ Checked my SPAM folder and nothing but sales and naked ppl.
