while using firefly AI model Kling. I have attempted to create elements to create reusable characters. After several attempts each have cost me credits but none have been saved. Please return my credits and fix the glitch.

While using firefly’s kling model, I have made several attempts to create elements of likeable characters that can be re used. each time it cost credits sometimes 180 credits. None of those attempts have been stored and my credits are gone. Please replace my credits and fix this glitch.
