Question

Why are credits taken for images that contain many errors?

Hi,

I have lost so many credits from generating inaccurate images with errors. For example, I was charged credits for the below image (to be clear, I didn’t instruct 3 feet to be added). This has happened across multiple models, not just one. They don’t follow the prompts, however explicit you are, and I can’t see any way of gaining the credit back?

    Hi magnetic_teachere7d3!

I’m sorry about your experience, and I understand how frustrating it is to lose credits on results that don’t match your prompt.

If a generation completes but the result doesn’t match your prompt or contains visual errors, the credits aren’t refunded, because the generation has already finished. I know that isn’t the answer you were hoping for.

Here are a couple of things that can help:

    • Share your feedback with the product team. Click the thumbs-down icon on the result. It goes directly to the product team to review, and it helps them improve the models.

    • Fix small problems without starting over. For a minor issue, such as an extra limb, try editing just that area of the image instead of regenerating the whole picture. Here's how: https://adobe.ly/4zCkR0B

If you share your prompt and the image, we’re happy to look at it and suggest prompt changes.

    Thanks,
    Kartika
