Why are the upscales so small?

I've been using another AI generator website and the upscaling is much better than Firefly. Are there plans to allow for better upscaling?

Is it possible you are using fast mode, which has lower resolution images? Please see this article:

Images generated in fast mode can be upscaled by pressing this button:

You can also turn fast mode off with this control on the left:
