Why are vectors making messy paths?

I've found a way to ask for flat icons in Firefly text to vector. However, the vectors it creates are very messy and seems like it would just be easier to find stock vectors. I would love it if I could ask it to create a flat vector using my brand's colors. THAT would save me time! But check out the vectors it makes. SO messy, it would take me way too much time to clean all the vectors up, to get a clean illustration.

Firefly knows nothing of geometry and it knows nothing of vector work. AI generated art is inherently pixel based and then gets vectorized automatically (autotracing). This procedure gives you that kind of results. Probably you could get better results when creating pixel images in Firefly and then doing the autotracing inside Illustrator or with other autotracing apps.

Hey @michelle_8553

Thank you for sharing your experience, could you share your prompt or a prompt similar?

The images are generated to help save time when we take them into Illustrator to clean up.

Cheers
