why can't I get the unlimited usage until march 16 at advertised

i’m writing because your advertisement features unlimited usage until march 16th, yet their are limits on the credit usage. I even purchased a subscription and it doesn’t allow for much usage. I may not continue with the subsription

      @Cross and Shield The promotion still excludes the following:

      • Image generations via Firefly Custom Models and Firefly Creative Production
      • Image generations using Nano Banana Pro 4K resolution
      • Audio generations via Text to speech, translate audio/video, audio/music generations, nor generate sound effects
      • Video generation using partner AI models.

      I hope this clears up the confusion about why some features still require generative credits.

      The eligible customers for this offer are:

      • Firefly Pro (Individual only)
      • Firefly Premium (Individual only)
      • 4,000 Credits (individual only)
      • 7,000 Credits (Individuals/Teams/Enterprise)
      • 50,000 Credits (Individuals/Teams/Enterprise)
      • Anyone who signs up to the plans listed above during the offer duration window.

      I have the 4k credits (individual) and have been getting charged. Unless I’m missing something, I have been charged for about 2000 credits that I shouldn’t have.

      Thanks for writing in.From January 23, 2026 to March 16, 2026 all new and existing subscribers of select plans, including Firefly Pro, Firefly Premium, and credit add-on subscriptions (4,000 Credits, 7,000 Credits, and 50,000 Credits) will receive unlimited generations on all AI image models (up to 2K in resolution) and the Firefly Video model in the Firefly web and mobile app and Firefly Boards.
