Will Fi take a bunch of clips and auto generate a video?

I used to do some amateur video editing with premiere and other video editing software when I was a kid (20yrs ago). 

I don't have the time like I used to and I have a lot of raw clips over the years of various events. I want to upload a bunch of clips, have AI review all the clips and put together a short video based on my input (quick highlights, theme, vibe, etc)

Is Fi the tool for this? I tried other lower cost software but it seemed to just track random clips, randomly cut them and slap together with transitions and music/audio and not actually review or understand the raw content on what was a good shot/moment. I believe this is where AI has struggled in the past so wonder if adobe has this.
