Will only allow me to make 3 tries at making an image . I pay £4.90 a month is this all I get I did

I have only manage to produce 4 images which I have not saved , I pay £4.90 a month so would expect to be able to make more images as this is unexcetable. Could you please confirm this is a mistake and why I'm limited to this limited use .
